How do you spend YOUR time?

Sixty seconds in a minute. Sixty minutes in an hour. Twenty-four hours in a day, and 365 days in a year. Add a smidge to that 365, and you’ve revolved around the sun once.

I’m 35 years-old. 35 times around the sun, or, as one wise woman once said:

“Old enough to know better, and young enough to do it anyway.”

I can’t say I know much—in fact, I miss being as smart as I was in my early 20s…

Truly, the more I learn, the less I know!

(Yes, I watch Dr. Phil; don’t judge me! It helps turn off my busy AF brain!)

The anxiety and doubt become a voice whispering inside, snickering as it tells you how useless, obsolete, and invisible you are.
